Can I play for free?
Yes. The browser game is free and does not require an account. Advertising and cash purchases are not enabled in this edition.
How do I rescue ducklings?
Hop close to a wandering duckling on grass. It joins your flock and follows your route. You can lead up to 12 at once. At a sanctuary, choose Bring them home to bank the flock. A full flock cannot collect another chick until you make room.
What is the difference between Classic and Relaxed?
Relaxed has slower traffic, wider gaps, and a longer goose warning window. Each difficulty has its own best score. Daily challenges use Classic; friend links preserve the sender’s difficulty.
Why pass a sanctuary?
Each chick starts at 25 rescue points. Carry it past new sanctuaries for 1.5×, 2×, and up to 3× points. New chicks start at 1×; backtracking gives no extra bonus. Feathers stay at five per banked chick.
How do I unlock outfits?
Bring ducklings home to earn feathers. Daily objectives and lifetime milestones add bonuses. Spend feathers in the Waddle Wardrobe. Outfits and their animations do not change speed, collisions, or scoring.
How do I earn the crown duck?
Pond Royalty is the final prestige outfit: 15,000 feathers and 2,500 lifetime rescues. It cannot be unlocked through the planned cosmetic pack. Previously unlocked outfits stay yours.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress is stored in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data or resetting progress removes it. Different browsers and devices do not share saves.
What should I do if it feels slow on my phone?
The game uses one consistent graphics quality. Close other busy tabs and use Reduced motion in Settings if you prefer less animation.
Can I share a challenge?
Yes. After a run, Challenge a friend creates a link with the course and target score. You can also share a branded result card and replay. Sharing support depends on your browser.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Mobile editions are in development. For now, play in a compatible WebGL browser. We will add official store links when the apps are available.
When do daily quests reset?
Daily quests reset at midnight UTC. Their rewards arrive when your run ends. There is no daily streak penalty.
